How to convert electrical conductivity
Conductivity measures how well a material or liquid carries current. Water quality meters usually show µS/cm or mS/cm, while metals are rated in S/m or % IACS.
Every electrical conductivity unit is a fixed multiple of one base unit, the S/m. To convert a value, multiply it by the size of the starting unit and divide by the size of the target unit. For example, to convert µS/cm to mS/cm, multiply by 0.001. To go the other way, divide by 0.001.
